Hijinks through History: Ashgrove’s Time Travel Adventure

Join the Ashgrove Time Travel Academy to adventure through the ages, galumph around the globe, and travel through time! Can you find your way with a map, hunt for your supper, or start a fire without matches? Sing, dance, and costume yourself to blend into historical cultures so you won’t be found out. Of course no adventure in any timeline would be complete without cranking some ice cream or taking on our challenge course. Take care not to change the past or you might end up jousting with a T. Rex. Live our time traveler motto: Be safe. Have fun. Leave no trace!

Remember there are 2 Steps to the Ashgrove Adult volunteer application:

  1. Apply to volunteer – for full consideration, applications must be received by February 14th
  2. Signup (on the GSCNC website) for Ashgrove

Aide applications are closed. Returning aides who missed the deadline should contact Tumble to see if an exception can be made, however the closer we get to camp the more likely the answer will be “no, see you next year!”

AIT applications are closed, but you can still sign up to be a Cadette camper!

1st year Ashgrove Camp Aides and AITs Training – Sunday, March xx, 10am-1pm, Firefly Lodge

Unit Kick-Off: Thursday, May xx, 6:30-8:30pm, Firefly Lodge

Mini-Meetings: Sunday, May xx, 6:30-9pm, Firefly Lodge

Ashgrove Blitz: May xx, 6:30-9pm, Firefly Lodge

All Camp Kick-off: Thursday, June xx, 7-8:30pm, Firefly Lodge

Ashgrove Set Up Days: TBD

Ashgrove Cook Out Training: TBD, Ashgrove Lodge Fire Circle (Unit and Outdoor Skills leaders and camp aides who have not taken either Council Cookout OR  Council Cookout/Camp Out training OR taken the Ashgrove cookout training are required to attend this training if they have not attended any of these skills based trainings.)

Parent Orientation: Sunday, June 20th, TIME TBD
