Attention! Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts are invited to enter the Ashgrove Adventure Day Camp Design Contest, to design the Camp Patch and T-Shirt! Create a design that captures the current camp theme.
PLEASE DO NOT USE COPYRIGHTED IMAGES IN YOUR DESIGN!
Entries should be mailed by February 14, 2027. ** Note the new deadline!**
Winners are automatically guaranteed enrollment in Ashgrove. (They still need to apply through GSCNC website). Troop leaders are encouraged to take time during a regular meeting to allow the scouts to get creative and have fun while designing for the contest. Ashgrove Adventure’s Task Group will vote on the entries in March.
Guidelines:
- Use a small, round paper plate or a five-inch circle. Alternatively, download and print the official 2027 Design Competition Form (includes instructions).
- Design must include the words “Ashgrove Adventure 2027” and depict the theme, “Time Travel”
- Each entry should include the artist’s full name.
- No limit to the number of entries per person.
Drop off entries at Ashgrove Task Group or email a *high/full resolution* version of your art to: ashgrove.design.competition@gmail.com
If the person emailing us the entry is not the artist or the parent/guardian of the artist, please also include direct contact information (email or phone number) for the parent/guardian.
