Ashgrove Program Directors will work with visiting experts on transportation and A/V logistics, as well as dietary needs. Most visiting experts perform in the Ashgrove Theatre. While every attempt will be made to clear the stage prior to performances, if the performance occurs during the first week of camp then some decorations will still be attached to or near the structure.
